My Rating & Review
Rating: 5 out of 5 stars
Myah Ariel's When I Think of You is a delightful blend of everything I adore in a romance: a glamorous Hollywood setting, a unique career path, and a second-chance at first love. Kaliya, stuck in a career rut, gets a major shake-up when her first love, the now-famous and successful Danny, reappears and offers her a life-changing job working on a film about his parents' love story. As Kaliya navigates the world of filmmaking, she also has to confront her own insecurities, battling the voices that have chipped away at her confidence and learning to embrace the support of those around her. While Kaliya and Danny's journey to happily ever after might feel inevitable, their path to rekindling their flame is anything but predictable. Ariel crafts a story that feels genuinely authentic to these characters, making their reconnection all the more satisfying. If you're looking for a romance that's equal parts heartwarming and swoon-worthy, this one's definitely worth adding to your TBR.
